Actual artwork changes or original design is done by a real in-house artist at $75/hr. You are paying a person with a real name to build your file, and you see the cost before any work starts.

Why the price is the price
Most sign quotes carry a commissioned salesperson, a showroom lease and two layers of markup. We removed all three. You get the same 13oz scrim, the same cast vinyl and the same commercial-grade equipment — at roughly what the shop down the street pays for the blank.
Straight answers
We use the same commercial-grade production equipment the big shops use, but we sell direct. No commissioned sales floor, no showroom overhead, no markup stacked on markup. You pay for ink, material and labor — not a middleman.
Template placement and alignment are free within reason — dropping your logo into a layout we already have, sizing it correctly, lining things up. Actual artwork changes or original design is done by a real in-house artist at $75/hr. You always approve a proof before it prints.
Select catalog items ship next business day. Standard banners, rigid signs and adhesive graphics run through normal production, and you get your exact ship date in writing before you pay. Tents, channel letters and multi-piece custom jobs are scheduled at quote so the date is never a guess.
We typically do not install. Installation is not a standard service. For certain custom signage needs we may take the job on — it is decided case by case. Ask on the quote form and we will tell you straight whether it is something we will do. Many customers use a local installer, and we are happy to talk through what a job needs.
Because that is how the material is actually sold. Banners, mesh, magnets, window perf and rigid substrates are priced by the square foot with a $9.60 minimum charge — a bigger sign costs more because it uses more material. Step and repeat walls, A-frames, tents, retractables and canvas wraps are built to a fixed size, so they are priced per piece. Every listing on the site shows which basis applies.
